A little stressed :-(

I’m having the BIGGEST month of my purse career and I’m so excited! It’s not the biggest party I’ve had, but it definitely is the biggest month when you add everything in! And that, I’m SO excited about.

The problem is, I have NO parties scheduled for September! NONE, and I just realized it. I guess I need to do some SERIOUS marketing of myself!

Been a long time….

Well, it’s been a long time since I’ve written anything and Dennis is as work, and I’m waiting for the maids to leave, so I figured I would update all my imaginary blog readers on what has been going on.
I left you off with Episode 1. Episode 2 was pretty much nothing (at least to me, because I didn’t have to witness it). My mom called me in the morning and told me Grams was in the hospital, so we rushed around and were on the thruway to get to Oneida (ick). My dad called me and the last thing I remember is thinking that that was weird because usually it’s my mom that calls for stuff like this. The next thing I know some guy is sticking my finger with a needle. NO I WASN’T HAPPY! But the worst part was, this was the first one anyone witnessed. And it had to be Dennis. My eyes rolled into the back of my head and I clenched up and started shaking. He was screaming at me to stay with him and to relax and open my eyes. He had no idea what was going on. He called 911 and then in between trying to keep me conscious is yelling at her. And the entire time my dad was still on the phone on the floor underneath me, listening to it all.

The ambulance met us at a rest area and they did the typical asking if I knew were I was, where I lived. This time, I knew I was on the thruway, but gave him my license or something silly for when he asked my address! They gave me a choice to go to the hospital or to go home, and we decided I would just go home.

My parents came to visit. I cried alot bc it was so confusing. And it was really scary. That was at the end of May.

The next incident was a bit more severe and took place in June. But, you’ll have to wait until my next blog, which probably be tonight anyway, so I can say goodbye to the maids!

Make ‘Em Say Wow!

Ok, so this time off has given me all kinds of time to think, rethink and then think again. Last night we watched Date Night, yeah it wasn’t that great, but there was one part that started me thinking.
When Tina Fey comes down the stairs all dressed up, Steve Carell had the reaction that more women wish they got. All he said was, “Wow!” That’s it. Just wow with a look that she is the most beautiful woman in the world.
I think more women need to feel this. When you’ve been with a guy for a ong time, you both tend to take advantage of each other and assume that they know they other one is attractive.

I challenge each of you (which is probably only Dennis) :-) to make sure your love knows not only that you love them, but also, how gorgeous you think they are…that’s my challenge of the night!
